Cannot praise this service enough, this is the 2nd time I have used them once for my washing machine and now for my Cooker Oven,  the service engineer is extremely punctual, polite and has respect for the property, he is quick efficient and explained the fault,  he ensures everything is correct and working, the price couldn't be more reasonable especially compared to some companies that charge extortionate call out fees. would recommend to all. He came within the allotted slot - hours after I called for an appointment -  worked diligently to resolve the issue and offered guidance on my machine more broadly. I had an integrated washing machine delivered by Curry’s but they struggled to install as they couldn’t get the kick plate out plus later we found that the fill hose was too short. Yes, we sell new kitchen appliances. To find out more, please contact us. We'll discuss your specific needs and build up a tailored offer including the new appliance, delivery and installation. We can also collect your old appliance for recycling.

We're currently working on building our plumbing department. As a lot of work has to be carried out in the background, we expect to start accepting appointments within the next 16 months.

The first course of action should you notice a fault with your appliance is to switch it off and not use it until the fault is investigated. Always remember that using an appliance with a known fault can cause further damage and therefore, a more costly repair.

Yes, you can book an appointment with us on behalf of your landlord. Please remember to inform us that you're a tenant when booking your appointment with us. We'll also need to add your landlord's information to our system, so please have that ready.

For private customers, we offer a fixed pricing structure, as per our pricing page. For landlords and other business customers, we offer a fixed call out structure. We never include the cost of parts in our pricing, unless otherwise stated.
